Right to Stop Payments and Procedure For Doing SoIf you have told Century in advance to make regular payments out of your account, you can stop any of these payments. Here’s how: Call us at 1-888-913-8784 or write to Century at: 2000 Commerce Loop, Suite 2111, N. Huntingdon, PA  15642 in time for Century to receive you request three (3) business day or more before the payment is scheduled to be made.

Notice of Varying Amounts:  If these regular payments may vary in amount from the amounts of the payments set forth above, we will notify you 10 days before the varying payment, when it will be made and how much it will be.

Liability for failure to stop payment of pre-authorized transfer: If you order Century to stop one of these payments 3 business days or more before the transfer is scheduled, and we do not do so, we will be liable for your losses or damages.

Contact in the event of unauthorized transfer:  If you believe there has been an unauthorized transfer from your account, please call Century at 1-888-913-8784.  Century’s hours of operation are 9am to 8pm EST, Monday through Friday.

By providing your authorization, you allow Century to proceed with completing the settlement agreement with either a verbal commitment from the creditor or with a letter documenting the settlement agreement from the creditor.

If applicable, a creditor may elect to remove the direct payments schedule (auto pays) upon their acceptance of the settlement.
