Most clients experience collection calls while on the program. The calls can be a normal part of your creditor’s collection workflow and they are designed to get consumers who are defaulting to come up with a payment.  We understand that being in debt can be a stressful life experience and when collection calls become excessive or harassing, this only adds to that stress. Our Customer Experience team is available to help you determine what is typical creditor practice, what may be a potential violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practice Act for you to pursue & steps you can take to help reduce the volume of these call attempts.
